Cabinets -- Lightly stained maple. The color is the same as in our kitchen, Lodge from Wood-Mode, but a different door style this time - Winfield recessed square (we have raised-panel in the kitchen).
Countertop -- Corian from Dupont, color Linen (it looks whiter on the Web page than it does in real life). We have Aurora in the kitchen.
Floor & walls -- We picked tile for the floor, bath/shower walls and also the rest of the walls half-way up. You can see a photo of the store sample here (bottom rectangular tile is the floor tile; the larger squares are the wall tiles, and the top is the decorative strips). It's the Affreschi Series, Bianco from UCTD.
